Launched in October 2007, Ultimate Recruitment is headed up by Roddy Watt, founder and former Chief Executive of The Berkeley Scott Group.

Managing Director of the southern based business is Bill Brace who was formerly Operations Director for Reed Employment, with a seat on the board.

Founder and former Chief Executive of The Berkeley Scott Group, Roddy Watt has used his extensive industry knowledge and experience to set up a new and dynamic service offering to the recruitment industry. He is tremendously excited by the opportunity of building a new market-leading recruitment enterprise across the professional sectors and with a team as experienced, focused and passionate as ours, growth can only be accelerated.

Bill Brace, Managing Director

Bill was previously Operations Director for Reed Employment responsible for over 60 branches and a workforce of over 300 consultants in the South East and London and with a seat on the Board of Reed Employment.  He is looking forward greatly to seizing the opportunities which present themselves and intends to build a focused and passionate team which will accelerate our growth rapidly and build Ultimate Recruitment into a household name.

Melissa Harvie, Group Sales Support

After a successful career in a leading national agency as both a permanent and temporary consultant. Melissa wanted to get back to providing a high level recruitment experience and chose the unique set up at Ultimate Recruitment in which to do so. She will focus on providing sales support to all the Ultimate teams.

Anna Liden, Training Manager

Anna began specialising in recruitment after leaving University. Having worked at Berkeley Scott Group for 10 years in various roles, including managing the integration and management of the Adapt database, Anna left to pursue her career with Harrods as Talent Manager and enjoyed a successful run of high level placements within the leading luxury retailer.  After a short career break to start a family, Anna is delighted to have joined Ultimate Recruitment at the outset and is already busy training the team and resolving IT issues.  In addition, she is looking to bring her knowledge and expertise to ensure that the systems support the business goals effectively and deliver a high level of service to the team.
