Our highly experienced Marketing team is headed by Jo Noakes, with a background of leading successful teams and vast sector knowledge Jo has 10 years experience in commercial recruitment.  Before joining Ultimate, Jo worked for a national recruitment company, achieving success as both a consultant and a Senior Manager.  Jo’s clients have ranged from small organisations to large multinationals in a wide variety of industry sectors.
