Dynamic new player launches in Recruitment Sector

 

We are delighted to announce the arrival of a dynamic new force in the recruitment industry in Scotland, Ultimate Resourcing.  Headed by Roddy Watt, founder and former Chief Executive of the Berkeley Scott Group, and Sarah Kay and David Shirra, both previously of Berkeley Scott, the new business launches its first office in Edinburgh in mid-October.

With an initial focus on the Hospitality & Leisure, and Accountancy & Finance sectors, it is anticipated that the business will double in size over the coming twelve months and will also expand across a broader spectrum of associated professional arenas including Sales & Marketing and Human Resources.

The vision of the company is to be ‘the Ultimate resourcing company in the territories and sectors in which it operates’, and the Edinburgh office draws together a highly experienced team of ten specialist consultants with exceptional combined experience in temporary, contract and permanent recruitment.

The key members of the Management Team are Sarah Kay, Managing Director who will head the Temporary Division, and David Shirra who will head the Permanent and Contract Divisions.  Every one of the opening team of 11 is highly experienced and proven.
