Dynamic new player launches in Recruitment Sector

 

We are delighted to announce the arrival of a dynamic new force in the recruitment industry, Ultimate Resourcing.  

The company is chaired by Rupert Bayfield, Chairman of Cyberteam Limited, previously founder of Best People and co-founder of Computer People.  The CEO is Roddy Watt, co-founder and former CEO of the Berkeley Scott Group Plc.  The new business launches the first of a number of offices in Scotland on 22nd October.

With an initial focus on the Hospitality & Leisure and Accountancy & Finance sectors, it is anticipated that the business will double in size over the coming twelve months and will also expand across a broader spectrum of associated professional arenas including Sales & Marketing and Human Resources.

It is further anticipated that a number of further offices will open in key locations across the country, each with a highly incentivised management team who will participate in the equity of the company.  Each will have a regional focus, but will have the benefit of a national infrastructure to draw upon.

The vision of the company is to be ‘The Ultimate Recruitment Company in the territories and sectors in which we operate’.  Accordingly,  the first office in Edinburgh draws together a highly experienced and talented team of ten specialist consultants with exceptional combined knowledge of temporary, contract and permanent recruitment in our target sectors.

The key members of the Scottish Management Team are Sarah Kay, Managing Director who will head the Temporary Division, and David Shirra who will head the Permanent and Contract Divisions.  Sarah worked for Berkeley Scott for some 5 years and ran the company’s temporary businesses across Scotland and London.  David is also ex-Berkeley Scott, and previously worked in Accountancy & Finance recruitment for Reed.

This experience combines with an absolute focus on 5 simple principles:
